PREMISE.
An AU in which Akechi Goro is the leader of the Phantom Thieves and Kurusu Akira - now named Amamiya Ren - is the Ace Detective taking the world by storm.

It begins towards the end of the canonization. Rather than be given the offer of a "New World" whereby Akira or the Phantom Theives rule, where the world is in "ruin", he presents a "New World" by which he and Goro exchange places. Yaldabaoth says himself during the deal scene that it's Akira's desires that would drive the "New World", and this Akira desired a world where Goro's final justice meant something beyond his death. A part of him wishes for a world in which they both survive; a part that was harnessed and manipulated. Therefore, this world was born. A world of Ace Detective: Amamiya Ren; silent killer, temporary Phantom Thief and... man with a palace.
CURRENT:
He holds the memories of his past life and... regrets his choice deeply. He knows it was the wrong choice. Though now it is a choice he lives with. Currently follows the same path as Goro, killing as instructed; though out of fear of someone else suffering the torment he currently is at the hands of Shido. That and because he doesn't long for acceptance - or so he thinks - he truly believes he can go the path of justice and righteousness that was offered Goro. The silent killer is only just prowling.
These are only Akira/Ren's choices and life now. This is an ever changing page; I have information on the others and what the world exactly consists of now, which can be revealed through plots and ideas or just a chat in DMs! Fate can also be changed through RP. It's an ever adapting AU.
